Two Rivers School is seeking a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. About You We are looking for a motivated and inspirational teaching assistant who: Has a good standard of education (5 x GCSE’s – English and Maths C or above) or equivalent qualification/experience (e.g. substantial experience as a Teaching Assistant). Has an understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these Has an understanding of principles of child development and learning processes and in particular, barriers to learning Is able to plan and implement effective actions for pupils at risk of underachieving, Is a natural communicator with the ability to relate to both pupils and adults.
