Are you ready for an exciting locum opportunity as a Band 6 Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Assessor within the All Age CHC & IPA Commissioning Team? This role, based in Preston with Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board, is available on an initial 3-6 month contract. You'll earn £26.00 hourly and work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, on a full-time basis.

As a Band 6 CHC Assessor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused CHC services in alignment with the National Framework. Your expertise will be key in coordinating multidisciplinary assessments, managing complex casework, and ensuring the effective commissioning of care packages throughout Lancashire & South Cumbria.
