Full time. Permanent.
There is an opportunity to join the outdoors Landscape Department at Broadlands, a private estate in Hampshire.
This is a hands-on position requiring skills with:
- driving diggers, telehandlers and tractors
- chainsaw work
- strimming and brush cutting
- managing tress and hedges
- all types of physical countryside work.
You will need to be physically fit; multi-skilled, keen to get involved and flexible. Improvising, adapting and overcoming challenges is the key to this post. You will be led by our Senior Landscape Assistant and, as well as outdoor countryside work, you will share the responsibility for some security aspects of the management of the estate for which appropriate training will be given.
A competitive package, including a house, is available. This will include a salary commensurate with experience, employer pension contribution and private health care scheme. Uniform, all relevant PPE and equipment will be provided.
