Your new role An opportunity has arisen for an Inclusion Administrative Support Officer to join the Learning & Skills Directorate on an initial 3-month temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent. The team requires someone who can start as soon as possible and who is comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced environment supporting schools, families and key education services. Initially, the successful candidate will be office-based to support training and onboarding, with some hybrid opportunities introduced once established in the role. What you'll need to succeed Previous administration experience within a busy office environment. Strong data entry and database management skills. Experience managing shared inboxes and handling confidential information. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to take accurate minutes and maintain detailed records. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
