Is confident in supporting learning activities and keeping pupils engaged. Is reliable in supervising pupils to ensure their safety at all times. Is flexible, willing to help with school activities, visits and day-to-day tasks. Is comfortable using and supporting pupils with basic ICT and classroom resources.
