Our client is an established organisation based in Central London, they provide real estate solutions for global institutions and private investors. They're looking for an energetic and collaborative individual to join their team as a Temporary Team Assistant to provide outstanding support to two Directors, alongside supporting their risk and compliance function. Responsibilities: Provide seamless diary and meeting management, anticipating scheduling needs, managing priorities and resolving conflicts. Arranging domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transfers. Supporting with the implementation and maintenance of risk and compliance frameworks, policies and processes. Support with answering incoming calls and redirecting email enquiries to the appropriate departments. Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of relevant PA/Team Assistant experience. Experience in legal or compliance assistance - KYC particularly beneficial. Exceptional organisation skills and time management. Strong communication - both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, as well as DocuSign. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional attention to detail to join a warm and welcoming team. This is a temporary, ongoing role, and salary is dependent on experience.
