Mandarin Speaking Nanny Salary : 12,000-20,000 AED (DOE and location) Accommodation: Live in/Live out Benefits: Visa, 1-month annual leave, health insurance, discretionary annual bonus. Travel: Flexibility to travel internationally with the family (June–August: Switzerland, France, Portugal and USA) Start Date: October 2026 Marcilly Recruitment's client is seeking an engaging, energetic and nurturing Mandarin speaking nanny to join a Swiss/French family in Dubai. This role is supporting G3, G4, and B6, who are all lovely, well-mannered and outdoorsy children. The family is open to full and part time options – but non-negotiable Monday – Saturday, 4 hours a day. The family is also open to a live in/live out setup with separate accommodation with private entrance provided onsite and all food/bills included (if live-in). The family is open to international relocation for the right candidate. This role will combine childcare, Mandarin language development and general education. The family would like the nanny to speak Mandarin with the children — helping them build their understanding, confidence and knowledge in learning the language. This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional Mandarin speaking nanny to work with a fun, caring and generous family who look after their staff. They are a close-knit family who have high standards, but are also flexible and laid back, they want to work collaboratively with the successful Mandarin speaking nanny. The mother is very hands on and proactive, so typically the nanny / educator is only required for around four hours a day. The nanny will also work closely with the homeschool educator to develop fun activities that complement the children’s learning. The successful Mandarin speaking nanny must be positive, energetic, warm and engaging as the right personality fit for the family is the most important requirement. They are open on a candidate’s background as long as they are fun, bubbly and intellectually curious. Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 4 hours a day – flexible on setup for the right candidate Mandarin speaking nanny duties will include: Speaking regularly with the children in Mandarin — finding dynamic and fun ways to develop their language skills Being hands on in planning engaging, age-appropriate Montessori-based activities, games, experiments and projects Introducing new topics through play — History, Geography, Science, Arts and Crafts Assisting with daily routines Supporting/accompanying after-school activities, appointments and general wellbeing Encouraging confidence, independence and curiosity Travelling internationally with the family when required – additional pay for time will be covered outside of normal working hours. Working collaboratively with the mother and educator to support the children's learning Providing additional educational support in line with Montessori learning. The successful Mandarin speaking nanny will: Have previous early years or nanny experience — ideally within a Montessori, nursery or teaching environment Be a fluent Mandarin speaker Be energetic, engaging, trustworthy and responsible Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be comfortable working closely and collaboratively with the mother and children's existing homeschool educator Be flexible and willing to travel internationally with the family Be warm and professional in their approach Marcilly Recruitment is a boutique London and Dubai-based recruitment agency specialising in business operational and administrative support and private household recruitment across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
