The role Working as part of a small close knit support team, you will enjoy a blended role with variety and responsibility! The duties include Team Assistant/EA tasks to a small group of investment professionals plus office and culture duties as well as hosting guests allowing you to really build on excellent client relationship skills! Team Assistant support to multiple Executives Greet and host visitors playing a key role in a delivering excellent client service Manage calendars, arrange meetings and maximise Executive time Arrange meeting logistics including meeting rooms, restaurants, travel, taxis, catering and documentation Office coordination and everything that goes with ensuring a beautiful and ambient environment for colleagues and visitors Purchasing supplies and equipment, building strong relationships with suppliers to drive value and service excellence Organise high impact internal events and office initiatives Many more tasks and projects in a role that will grow and develop! You Positive, motivated and hard working – you love making peoples lives easier! Confident and engaging with excellent stakeholder liaison skills Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and visitors Some experience in a similar role within a fast-paced investment or professional services environment Tech savvy with strong systems skills and a love of learning new things Strong organisation and scheduling skills !
