Studio Coordinator

We’re working on a brilliant new opportunity with a fast-growing advertising business based in Farringdon, looking for a confident, energetic and highly organised Front of House to become a key part of the team. This is a hybrid position, 4 days in the office with Wednesday work from home. You’ll be responsible for keeping the building running smoothly day-to-day – managing tenant relationships, dealing with bills and suppliers, keeping the office stocked and organised, overseeing the building at the end of the day and generally making sure everything is running like clockwork. You’ll also be the friendly face of the business, getting to know regular clients, welcoming visitors and confidently chatting to everyone who walks through the door. The company also hosts events, so you’ll have the opportunity to organise these too. The business works with some major UK retailers and has great exposure to some of the top businesses. We’re looking for someone with energy, personality and grit. You’ll be naturally sociable and confident, but also organised, proactive and not afraid to take charge. This would suit someone who is genuinely fascinated by advertising and wants to learn and build a career. You might have experience in recruitment, sales, hospitality, events or another customer-facing role. What matters most is your attitude, confidence and willingness to learn. This is a role for someone who wants to be given an opportunity and really make something of it.
