Our dynamic and exciting client is looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment spanning London and Paris. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to work across two cities and work closely with the Principal, to bring this role to life. You will be someone who naturally anticipates requirements, solves problems before they arise and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly. The role will involve a varied combination of professional and personal support, including: Managing complex diaries, calendars and appointments across London and Paris. Arranging flights, accommodation, transport and detailed travel itineraries. Travelling between London and Paris as required. Managing emails, correspondence and telephone calls. Preparing reports, presentations, documents and other business materials. Organising meetings, events and occasional personal or corporate functions. Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information with absolute discretion. Managing expenses, invoices and basic financial administration. Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, suppliers and external contacts. Conducting research and gathering information as required. Helping to prioritise competing demands and deadlines. Anticipating the needs of the person being supported and taking proactive action. Assisting with personal administration and ad hoc requirements. Supporting general office and administrative activities as required. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is essential ideally supporting a founder or entrepreneur. A natural ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys being the person who makes things happen! The position will be based in London with regular travel to Paris, with travel between the two cities at a frequency to be agreed. The role may occasionally require early starts, late finishes, travel or work outside normal office hours depending on the requirements of the individual being supported.
