What You Will Do

• Lead and support staff through significant organisational change, ensuring a smooth transition to restructured, locality-based teams.
• Develop and embed new pathways, protocols, and ways of working to promote neighbourhood and strength-based values in care delivery.
• Provide professional supervision, mentoring, and support to social workers and social care practitioners.
• Utilise performance dashboards to monitor and improve practice standards and statutory compliance.
• Deliver expert guidance on Care Act duties, safeguarding concerns, and specialist interventions in adult social care.
• Act as a Safeguarding Adults Manager, providing oversight and decision-making to protect adults at risk.
• Champion inclusive recruitment and workforce development strategies, promoting diversity and equality in practice.
