These posts are unique across acute trusts and are newly developed meaning successful applicants will be a part of creating, shaping and imbedding the roles that provide a different perspective and breadth of experience than found in typical mental health posts. Staff will be supported by an established mental health leadership team and band 6 specialist nurses within the team. Opportunities to develop and further learning and skills within the role are encouraged. The post holder will provide clinical mental health nursing assessment and engagement within the acute hospital setting.
