CCNSG Labourer Steelworks Labourer Industrial Labourer General Labourer Port Talbot 12.94 per hour ( 19.41 per hour after 8 hours) 8am-4pm Monday-Friday Day Shift Temporary to Permanent Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced CCNSG Labourers to join a well-established steelworks contractor in Port Talbot . This is a long-term temporary to permanent opportunity for reliable and hardworking candidates looking to build a career within an industrial environment. A valid CCNSG Safety Passport is required, although candidates who are able to obtain one may also be considered. You'll work as part of a professional site team, supporting day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of health and safety. What We Offer 12.94 per hour for the first 8 hours worked. 19.41 per hour for hours worked after 8 hours. Day shift working, typically 8am-4pm . Key Duties Carry out general labouring duties across the steelworks site. Support tradespeople and site teams with day-to-day activities. Assist with moving materials, equipment and tools as required. Maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas. Follow site procedures and instructions at all times. Work safely in accordance with health and safety requirements . Support other site duties as required. Work effectively as part of a team in a busy industrial environment. Requirements Valid CCNSG Safety Passport or ability to obtain one. Previous experience as a Labourer or within an industrial/steelworks environment is desirable. Good communication and organisational skills. Methodical, calm and reliable approach to work. Ability to follow instructions and site procedures. Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
