Position: Architectural Technologist DW47132 Location: Stamford Salary: Up to 45,000 + remote working + further benefits to be discussed Our client a well-established Architectural and Project Management Consultancy with a strong focus on industrial and commercial projects is looking to expand its team with an experienced Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of a major new project. Our client have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality Industrial and Commercial developments across the UK. The successful Architectural Technologist will join the business to work on a flagship high-end manufacturing facility valued at approximately 30 million, featuring a six-month design programme followed by around twelve months on site. The role is initially centred around this project but offers the opportunity to work on a wider Portfolio of work too. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revit user who enjoys producing high-quality technical information and working independently. The consultancy operates a flexible hybrid model with travel to their office in Stamford only required 1 time a week, making this an ideal role for a self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload while delivering drawing packages to programme. Their projects are typically within the Industrial and Commercial sectors, ranging from 2 million to 30 million, with a strong emphasis on technically challenging developments. Architectural Technologist Overview Produce high-quality technical drawing packages using Revit, primarily across RIBA Stages 3 and 4, progressing into Stage 5 during construction. Work under the direction of senior team members while taking ownership of the production and coordination of project information.
