Multi Trade Carpenter

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Carpenter to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering Croydon and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary of up to 38,000 - 40,500 per annum . Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties , carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance . Location Croydon Working Hours 08:00am - 17:00pm Up to 7 jobs per day Duties Include Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties Completing carpentry works along with associated multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating Fitting, repairing and replacing doors, locks, kitchens, skirting boards, architraves and other carpentry installations Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard You Will Be Supplied With Company van Fuel card You Must Have experience working within social housing properties Be qualified or time-served in carpentry Provide your own basic hand and power tools Have access to a smartphone (jobs issued via an app; BYOD allowance paid at 20 per month) Be reliable, professional and able to work independently Hold a full UK driving licence
