A leading property developer is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a number of high-profile development projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Document Controller who is looking to work client-side within a developer environment, taking ownership of document management processes and working closely with project teams, consultants, contractors and senior stakeholders. The Role As Document Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient document control systems across multiple development projects. You will ensure that project information is properly managed, distributed and recorded throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company procedures and project requirements. Upload, distribute, track and archive drawings, documents and technical information. Ensure all documentation is correctly version controlled and issued to relevant stakeholders. Maintain document registers and ensure information is accurate and up to date. Manage incoming and outgoing transmittals and document workflows. Work closely with Project Managers, Development Managers, consultants, contractors and design teams. Monitor document status and follow up on outstanding information. Ensure project teams are working from the latest approved information. Support the implementation and ongoing management of document control procedures. Assist with audits and reporting to ensure compliance with project requirements. Provide general administrative and document management support to the wider development team. About You The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working as a Document Controller within construction, property development, consultancy or a main contractor environment. Y
