Part 3 Architect / Experienced Part 2 Assistant Luxury Hospitality Projects Location: London Salary: (phone number removed) Job Type: Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning architectural practice of 50+ people, working on a portfolio of high-end luxury hotel and hospitality projects. The practice is looking for either a newly qualified Part 3 Architect or an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 3 years' post-Part 2 experience, who is confident working across the technical stages of projects. You will join a collaborative and design-focused team, working on high-quality hospitality projects through RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5, with significant involvement in technical design, coordination and construction information. The Role You will work closely with senior architects and the wider project team, contributing to the delivery of complex luxury hotel projects from developed design through to construction. Your responsibilities will include: Developing architectural packages through RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5. Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and construction information. Developing design information and resolving technical details. Coordinating architectural information with consultants and other disciplines. Working within a BIM environment and maintaining high-quality Revit models. Supporting the preparation of specifications, schedules and other project documentation. Liaising with consultants, contractors and suppliers as required. Contributing to design development while ensuring projects remain technically robust and deliverable. Working as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-end hospitality projects to a high standard.
