Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Farm Labourer to join a busy agricultural operation in the Hinckley area. This is a hands-on role requiring a reliable, hardworking individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team. You will be responsible for general labouring duties, including heavy lifting and repetitive physical work. Complete repetitive tasks to a consistent standard while maintaining good attention to detail. Follow instructions from supervisors regarding daily tasks and work schedules. Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues. Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area. Wear suitable work clothing and PPE where required. Be flexible and willing to undertake a variety of manual tasks. Undertaking any other reasonable farm duties as directed by the company. Be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when required. Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the company. Requirements As Farm Labourer, you will also be expected to: Follow all site and farm health and safety procedures. Ensure all
