We are currently working on behalf of a large social housing contractor. My client is currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team covering the Kingston area. This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation carrying out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works within residential properties, with the position being offered on a temp to perm basis. Duties will include: Carrying out a range of multi trade repairs and maintenance Carpentry repairs Basic plumbing Plastering and patch repairs Painting and decorating Tiling Carrying out repairs within occupied and void properties Completing repairs to a high standard and right first time Working safely and professionally within occupied properties Providing a professional service to residents To be considered for this role, you must have previous Multi Trade experience, ideally within social housing or residential maintenance. You will also need a full UK driving licence and your own tools.
