Role: Administration Assistant Contract: Permanent Hours: 23 hours per week (Mon – Fri), Term-Time only, plus 5 Inset days Grade: JG 3 SCP 5 – SCP 6 / £25,583.00 – £25,989.00 per annum pro rata Actual Salary: £13,968.41 - £14,190.09 The Role: High Down Schools are seeking to appoint a highly organised, professional and welcoming Administration Assistant to join our busy school office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative, financial and organisational processes of the school. As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, carers and visitors, you will provide a friendly and efficient service while helping to ensure the smooth running of school operations. The role includes a wide range of administrative responsibilities including managing enquiries, maintaining school records and databases, supporting admissions and attendance processes, preparing communications for families and providing general office support. You will work closely with school staff and the Lighthouse Schools Partnership central teams to deliver high-quality administrative support across the school community.
