LEVEL 2 – SEN Teaching Assistant Salary: Grade 4 Pay Point 7-10 (FTE salary £26,403-£28,142 per annum) £20,015-£21,333 (pro rota) Hours: 32.5 per week - 39 weeks per year (38 weeks + 1-week training) West Gate School is a popular, over-subscribed special school for 4 – 19-year-olds. We cater for children and young people with a wide range special needs. Many of pupils are neurodiverse, with some pupils having additional learning, physical or health needs. The role will include supporting the learning and care needs of pupils across a broad spectrum of special needs.
