Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced organisation based in Elgin. Supporting a growing team on an ongoing basis, this role offers the chance to become an integral part of day-to-day operations, ensuring projects and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and based in the office in Elgin. Your new role As Project Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to a busy operational team, helping to coordinate activities, maintain accurate project documentation and ensure key deadlines are met. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing project information, updating records, preparing reports and supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks. A significant part of the role will involve the use of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, requiring you to maintain and update project trackers, manage documentation, monitor progress against deadlines and ensure information is accurately recorded and easily accessible. You will also assist with meeting coordination, document control, data entry, reporting and general office administration. This is a varied position that requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively while supporting multiple projects and stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an administrative or project support position and be confident working within a busy team environment. You will possess strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, and be comfortable managing large volumes of information with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. The successful candidate will be highly organised, capable of managing competing priorities and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
