Role: Rota Nanny Care for: G2 & B5 Days: 7 days on / 7 days off Location: Notting Hill, West London Salary: £70,000 gross per annum + £5K bonus Start Date: September / October 2026 A warm and welcoming family based in Notting Hill are looking for an experienced Rota Nanny to join their household and care for their two lovely children, a little girl aged two and her five-year-old brother. The family are looking for a naturally engaging, proactive and organised nanny who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children. They would love someone with strong experience caring for both toddlers and school-aged children, who can confidently support each child through their different stages of development while creating a fun, nurturing and structured environment. Both parents have demanding careers, so during your rota you will take on a largely sole-charge role, managing the children's routines with confidence and independence. At the same time, the family are very hands-on when they are available and are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with parents to provide consistent, high-quality care. The successful candidate will be confident planning stimulating activities, supporting the eldest with homework and school-related routines, encouraging independence, and creating engaging opportunities for learning through play. The family would also love a nanny who enjoys cooking and is confident preparing fresh, healthy meals for the children from scratch. The family travel regularly during the school holidays and are looking for someone who is happy to accompany them, ensuring the children's routines and care remain consistent both at home and abroad.
