The Role: Temporary Construction Administrator
Location: Hillington
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Contract: Full-time, Temporary
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 4-10 weeks with the possibility of extension.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Construction Administrator to join a well-established business based in Hillington. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with previous construction administration experience who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support to a busy team from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining progress reports on live projects


• Ordering PPE equipment in line with site requirements


• Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently


• Ensuring all health & safety documentation is up to date and compliant.


• Providing general administrative support, including occasional minute taking

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within a construction or similar environment


• Familiarity with construction terminology and health & safety standards


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word


• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
