Finance Assistant | Global Fashion & Media Group | London (Hybrid) £28,000 - £30,000 + bonus + benefits Harmonic are partnering with a global fashion and media group as they build out the finance team supporting their London business. Our client represents the creative talent behind some of the most recognisable fashion, beauty and editorial work produced anywhere. The London business is investing properly in its finance function and this role is part of that. A broad transactional role covering both AP and billing, with plenty of direct contact with artists, managers and customers. What you'll do Onboard new talent and vendors, including verification and tax documentation Prepare fortnightly talent statements and resolve queries with artists and their managers Prepare payment runs and submit to the group treasury team Raise customer invoices, manage portal uploads and chase outstanding payments Raise credit notes and billing adjustments What our client needs to see (essential) Experience in a transactional finance role covering AP, billing, or both Strong Excel and excellent attention to detail Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with people outside finance Organised, able to prioritise and hit deadlines Non-essential: AAT studying, SAP, exposure to invoicing portals, background in fashion, media or entertainment Location: Central London, three days in the office Start date: ASAP, strong preference for immediate availability At Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
