Labourer South Manchester 2 months+ 40 hrs £13.50 PAYE + van and fuel card Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to a Labourer for their Responsive Repairs Team on a temporary basis. Responsibilities of the Labourer include: Carrying out fencing, flagging and pointing Assisting other trades Work safely and professionally Picking up and delivering materials and equipment to properties Picking up and removing surplus materials and equipment, and booking these back into stores Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice within tenant homes Delivering an excellent customer experience Updating PDA in real time on a job's status Requirements of the Labourer: UK Driving License Previous labouring experience To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Bethan Hall - Director at Hamilton Woods on or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing BH 4884.
