An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Email Campaign Executive to join a well-established manufacturer in the safety equipment sector, based in Oxfordshire. This is a genuinely international business, and this role puts you right at the centre of how they communicate with their global distribution network. You'll take ownership of email marketing campaigns from planning through to reporting, working closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams across multiple regions. It's a role with real variety, real responsibility, and real opportunity to grow. On offer is a salary of £27,000 plus a bonus of up to £2,000 a year, paid quarterly based on sales targets. The role is office-based (with WFH one day a week once you're through probation), so you'll need your own transport to get there. Key Responsibilities: Plan, build and send email campaigns for the company's global distribution network Manage a global campaign calendar so every send lands on time Build targeted campaigns around customer needs and business goals Create and manage automated journeys, nurture campaigns and lead generation Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams across different regions Keep the marketing database clean and GDPR-compliant Run A/B tests to keep improving campaign performance Track KPIs and turn the numbers into clear, actionable insight Make sure every campaign matches company brand guidelines and technical accuracy Support event promotion and follow-up lead nurturing Spot opportunities to improve automation, reporting and campaign efficiency Skills & Experience: 2+ years' experience in email marketing, campaign management or marketing automation Experience in a B2B marketing environment Confident with CRM systems and customer data Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools Comfortable analysing performance data and turning it into recommendations Experience building campaign reports and dashboards Sharp attention to detail and solid project management skills Strong written communication and copywriting ability Able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once A team player who's used to working across marketing, sales and product Bonus points for experience with international markets or multi-language campaigns How to Apply: This is a genuine chance to grow your marketing career inside an established, international manufacturer, with training, support and real ownership from day one.
