Data Administrator £15.66ph Temp ASAP start Bank Station 9.30am-5.30pm Hybrid An award-winning accountancy practice with an office near Bank station requires a Data Administrator to work closely with their CRM and marketing team on a temporary basis. The role: Update marketing and event invitation lists through data cleansing CRM record enhancement to improve data quality and reporting accuracy Support marketing and business development teams with ad hoc CRM, data management, and contact research projects Conduct online research (eg LinkedIn, company websites and other public sources) to identify and update contact and company information Assist with event data management, including attendee validation and CRM updates Support the maintenance of business development target and prospecting lists, including updating key contacts and identifying replacements where required Cross-reference information across spreadsheets, CRM records and external sources to improve data integrity and consistency Ideal candidate will have: CRM database management - experience updating, maintaining and cleansing records Data accuracy & attention to detail Ability to identify duplicates, outdated information and inconsistencies Online research skills - confident using LinkedIn, company websites and other online sources to verify information Excel / spreadsheet skills - comfortable working with large datasets, filtering and sorting Experience managing large volumes of records and keeping information structured Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate gaps in information Strong attention to detail Comfortable with repetitive, detailed work without losing accuracy Ability to liaise effectively with Marketing and Business Development teams Ability to take ownership of data tasks and identify issues without constant supervision If you are an immediately available data administrator, please send your CV forward today this is an ASAP start.
