Your new company An established and highly respected independent building consultancy is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing team. Within this role, you will work alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors and industry specialists, receiving structured mentoring and support towards achieving MRICS status. Your new role As the Graduate Building Surveyor, you will play an integral part in delivering a variety of professional and project-led surveying services. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise while building strong client relationships and gaining valuable hands-on experience. As part of the role, you will assist with building surveys, support the delivery of contract administration and project management services, prepare schedules of condition, assist with feasibility studies and specification writing. You will also be given the opportunity to develop strong working relationships with clients whilst working on a wide range of projects to provide the variety of experience required for your APC. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role, you will hold a degree in Building Surveying or related discipline, and have strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is required. You should live within commutable distance of Essex.
