We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie who’s passionate about food and eager to bring creativity and skill to our menus. About the role Our outlets offer a diverse range of dining experiences, from global street food to fine dining, so no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and quality. You will : Take ownership of your section and lead by example Mentor and support junior kitchen staff Work alongside a team of six Chef de Parties, with guidance from our Sous Chefs and Head Chef Contribute your ideas to our ever-evolving menus – we love fresh inspiration! About you We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and naturally takes ownership of their responsibilities in the kitchen. You’ll be: Hard-working and dependable, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards. A strong team player who communicates clearly and works well with others. Calm and solutions-focused, with the ability to handle challenges professionally. Able to work well under pressure while staying organised and positive. Proactive and organised, making good use of quieter periods to prepare for the next shift. Further information This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, 36.5 hours per week.
