Youth Development Worker

We are looking for a passionate and committed Youth Development Worker to join our team.In this role, you will support children and young people in their personal, social, health, and wellbeing development through guidance, mentoring, peer education, and structured activities. You will help plan and deliver engaging programmes, build trusted relationships, and support young people to develop confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging.You will also work closely with partners, local schools, services, and youth organisations to strengthen opportunities for children and young people across the community.A satisfactory PVG check for adults and children will be required.If you’re enthusiastic about youth work, community development, and creating positive opportunities for young people, this could be the role for you.
