You will also undertake home visits where required to support attendance and safeguarding objectives. The role includes maintaining accurate and confidential records, monitoring and analysing student information using academy systems, and contributing to the delivery of small-group and individual interventions both within and beyond the classroom. As an integral member of the pastoral team, you will support the academy's behaviour systems, including undertaking on-call duties and supervising designated student spaces as required. You may also deputise for other members of the pastoral team when necessary. About you You will be: Passionate about working with children and young people, with a genuine commitment to improving students' life chances and supporting them to achieve their full potential.
