USC College Group has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills to join our passionate and dynamic award-winning team and become our next Training Delivery Co-Ordinator. This particular role is to work within our Cannington College commercial training delivery team including; Construction Skills Innovation Centre (CSIC), National College for Nuclear (NCfN) and the wider Land-based curriculum, as we support our employers to build the workforce of the future. Predominantly this is focused around a busy calendar of short courses which may be open to public bookings or offered in response to a particular employer need to which the Co-ordinators bring together all the resources and logistics required to deliver the training courses. These resources include; customer interface, candidate bookings, invoicing, trainer/assessor schedules, and equipment to ensure we deliver the highest quality training and outcomes for the college and our customers. This role also contributes to the successful delivery of the college’s full cost training income target. We are seeking a personable and energetic communicator with the vision to build on our previous successes. This role requires someone who is a strong team player dedicated to student success, who has a strong focus on quality systems, is flexible, innovative and demonstrates a caring and professional approach. The department prides itself on partnerships between industry employers, regulators, skills bodies and training providers. We provide the bridge between skills strategy and policy and the provision of the required skills capability and capacity. We do this by aligning industry demands with the roll-out of assured curriculum where it is needed to meet sector forecasts. It is through this approach that we make a difference in increasing regional and national training opportunities, and in delivering and maintaining the expert workforce for the UK.
