Traffic Survey Technician

Location: Based in London, covering London and the surrounding boroughs.
Hours: Flexible, including days, nights and weekends

We're looking for a Traffic Survey Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll install, monitor and remove survey equipment to collect traffic, transport and pedestrian data across a variety of locations.

You'll work with technologies including ANPR, video, radar and Automatic Traffic Counters (ATCs), ensuring surveys are completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.

What You'll Do

• Set up, monitor and recover traffic survey equipment.
• Carry out traffic and pedestrian surveys.
• Ensure high-quality data is collected and recorded accurately.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Complete site reports and provide updates to the Project Team.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Travel to survey sites across London and the surrounding boroughs.
• Support the wider team with survey preparation and site reviews when required.

What We're Looking For

• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to work at heights of up to 5 metres.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment.
• Flexible and willing to work days, nights and weekends.
• Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
• Lantra or CSCS qualifications are desirable.
