Sous Chef

The Opportunity Global Highland are recruiting for a passionate and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of our client within a group of hotels in the stunning surroundings of Skye. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a busy kitchen and takes pride in producing high-quality fresh food. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will help lead the kitchen team, maintain high standards and ensure the smooth running of daily service. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes Helping to lead, motivate and support the kitchen team Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards Managing food preparation and stock levels Ensuring a clean, organised and efficient kitchen Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence Requirements Previous experience in a Sous Chef or senior chef role Passionate about food and delivering high standards Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure A positive team player with good communication skills Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety Driving licence preferred but not essential What's on Offer £14.95 per hour Full time, 45 hours per week Live-in accommodation available The opportunity to work and live in the beautiful surroundings of Skye A supportive and friendly working environment The chance to develop your skills within a busy professional kitchen Apply Now To apply, please submit your CV to Sophie at Global Highland via this advert.
