Pest Control Technician (Mon-Fri, No Out of Hours) 31'000 - 32'000 + Overtime + Travel Time + Company Vehicle + Excellent Benefits Northern Ireland (Commutable from: Belfast, Lisburn, Lurgan, Antrim, Ballymena, Bangor & Surrounding) Are you a Pest Control Technician looking for a stable, permanent role with no on-call and a manageable patch? Do you enjoy working independently, owning your workload, and building strong relationships on site? This is a secure, long-term position with a well-established facilities management organisation, supporting a major retail contract across Northern Ireland. You'll have clear core hours, a company vehicle, paid travel time, and optional overtime when it suits you. You'll be trusted to run your own patch, with the backing of an established Scotland & NI branch, and the tools and support to deliver a consistently high-quality service. It's a role built around autonomy, work/life balance, and doing the job properly. Working across a variety of sites across the patch, you'll complete planned preventative visits, identify and resolve pest-risk conditions and complete clear reports This role suits a Pest Control Technician looking for work/life balance, stability, and ownership of a regional patch.
