Structures Supervisor Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is looking for an experienced Structures Supervisor to join their team on a major highways infrastructure scheme. Responsibilities Supervise day to day structural works, ensuring safe and efficient delivery. Oversee bridge, culvert, retaining wall, reinforced concrete, and steelwork activities. Manage site operatives, subcontractors, and plant on site. Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, RAMS, and project specifications. Monitor quality, safety, and progress against programme. Deliver site briefings, inspections, and toolbox talks. Requirements Experience as a Structures Supervisor or Civil Engineering Supervisor. Strong background in highways or major infrastructure projects. Experience with bridge, RC, steel, or other structural works. Ability to read engineering drawings and manage site teams. Gold CSCS Card. SMSTS or SSSTS. First Aid at Work. Driving licence. National Highways experience or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) is desirable. To Apply Click the Apply button and submit your CV.
