The Role You will be responsible for ensuring our campus remains safe, compliant, and operational. Your day-to-day will involve: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Testing and inspecting emergency lighting, fire alarms, and distribution boards. Reactive Repairs: Fault-finding and fixing electrical issues across academic buildings, laboratories, and student residences. Minor Installations: Assisting with small-scale project works and upgrades. Compliance: Ensuring all work meets 18th Edition (BS 7671) standards and health and safety regulations.
