Your Role in the Energy Transition This hybrid role is based in Bristol however the base location can change dependent on the client delivery role requirements. Applicants are expected to be flexible, and we can only consider candidates within commutable distance or those willing to relocate, with relocation support available. You will join our two-year Graduate Programme supporting data engineering, analytics and digital delivery activities across major infrastructure and nuclear projects. Rotate across teams, projects and customers to broaden industry exposure Support the development and maintenance of engineering data pipelines and data integrations Assist with data collection, cleansing, validation and transformation activities Develop dashboards, reports and analytics products to support project decision making Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives and information governance activities Work with mentors and technical experts to develop data engineering and analytics skills Participate in Graduate Forums and structured peer learning sessions Support the implementation of digital and data platforms across engineering functions Contribute to process improvement and evidence-based decision making through data insights Develop an understanding of engineering data management within complex regulated environments Essential Skills and Qualifications Degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science or similar Strong interest in data engineering and analytics within engineering environments Understanding of data structures, databases and reporting principles Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to relocate or travel within the UK Eligibility for BPSS clearance and UK sole nationality Desired Skills and Qualifications Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI or similar analytics tools Awareness of data modelling and information management principles Understanding of highly regulated industries such as nuclear, defence or rail Interest in digital transformation and engineering data environments Recruitment Process After submitting your application, you'll receive confirmation of next steps.
