To support our continuing rapid growth, Aukera Energy is seeking 2 Graduate Analysts to join the Investment Team in our London office in Q3 2026. Aukera's Investment Team is responsible for project finance, M&A, and corporate finance transactions. The successful candidate will join a close-knit and collaborative team of highly experienced, passionate professionals with an extensive track record of debt and equity deals in the renewable energy sector. You will be on a steep learning curve as you help us to analyze new opportunities, undertake project valuations, and prepare internal approval materials. We are looking for numerate candidates who are willing to roll their sleeves up and work with us to build an exciting business. Financial modeling lies at the heart of nearly everything that we do, but over time you will become an all-rounder as you learn about all aspects of this exciting industry including project development, the regulatory environment, technology, law, banking, accounting, and emerging business models. Experience and Qualifications 2.1 or equivalent in a numerate or analytically rigorous discipline Solid Excel skills Comfort with quantitative reasoning and statistics Exposure to a data or coding tool (Python, SQL) Curiosity about the energy transition.
