Part-Time Sales Advisor

We are looking for a friendly enthusiastic and customer focused sales advisor to join our charity shop team. As a sales advisor, you will help create a welcoming shopping experiencefor ourr customers, while supporting the day-to-day running of the shop. You will also play an important part in helping us raise vital funds for our hospice Charity and the people and communities we support. About the Role and what you will be doing: · Provide excellent customer service and assisting customers on the shop floor. · Operate the till and handle cash and card payments. · Sort, price and display donated stock. · Keep the shop clean, tidy and well presented. · Replenish stock and create attractive displays. · Accept and process donations. · Work as part of a friendly team alongside our volunteer teams. · Help to meet shop sales targets and maximise income for the Charity. About You: We are looking for someone who is: · Friendly, approachable and confident speaking to customers and donors. · Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team. · Comfortable working in a busy retail environment. · Enthusiastic about charity retail and supporting a good cause. · Flexible and willing to get involved with different aspects of shop life. · Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
