Accounts Payable

Your new company A well-established organisation based in Swansea is looking to recruit two experienced Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Administrators on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Working within a busy finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day transactional finance function and ensuring the smooth operation of both supplier and customer accounts. Your new role As an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be responsible for: Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently Managing supplier statements and resolving invoice queries Raising sales invoices and allocating customer payments Chasing outstanding debt and supporting credit control activities Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies Assisting with month-end processes and reporting Maintaining accurate financial records and data Liaising with internal departments, customers and suppliers Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties as required What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or a Finance Assistant role Strong understanding of transactional finance processes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and stakeholder management skills Strong Microsoft Excel and finance systems experience Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines Immediately available or on a short notice period preferred What you'll get in return Competitive hourly rate of £15.00 - £16.00 per hour Full-time hours with an immediate start available Valuable experience within a supportive finance team Opportunity to develop existing finance skills Six-month fixed-term contract with a reputable organisation Potential for contract extension depending on business needs What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
