A UHNW family office in Hampstead is looking for an outstanding Property Assistant & Guest Concierge to join their small, supportive team. This is a rare opportunity to work within a prestigious private family office, supporting a portfolio of properties and ensuring everything runs seamlessly for the principals and their guests. It’s a very hands-on role for someone happy to get stuck in, think on their feet and do whatever is needed to get the job done. The Role Supporting the running of the family office and multiple properties Manage shopping, running errands and helping with deliveries Preparing properties for guests and ensuring everything is perfect for their arrival Looking after guests and assisting with grocery, meal, and concierge requirements Coordinate vehicle servicing, MOTs and property maintenance Carry out ad hoc research, projects, and general support for the Principals Be prepared to muck in and take on whatever needs doing to keep things running smoothly You Degree and full driving licence are essential Bright, highly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail Resourceful, adaptable, and calm under pressure Highly personable with excellent communication skills Discreet, trustworthy, and professional Hands-on, resilient, and genuinely happy to muck in Flexible team player with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude Must love cats!
