About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally Have experience of working in a busy environment with children Have experience organising and running lunchtime activities Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative Be able to work flexibly and professionally About Role We are looking for an experienced Midday Supervisor to join our team, working 9.25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year with the working hours required being 11.30am - 1.15pm. The purpose of this role is to help support the safe and efficient running of lunchtimes, including helping to organise and utilise resources at lunch time, supporting and running activities for children to engage with and supporting with first aid where required.
