RGS Springfield is a warm and nurturing Nursery, where children feel at home from the moment they arrive. Based in a beautiful Georgian house, our Nursery provides a homely and caring environment where babies and young children can grow, explore and develop at their own pace. Due to continued expansion, RGS Springfield is seeking an inspiring, dynamic, and experienced Room Leader to head our Pre-School room. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of practitioners in preparing children aged 3 to 4 for their primary school journey. If you excel at designing stimulating daily learning structures, nurturing independence, and leading a team with energy and vision, we would love to welcome you to RGS Springfield. This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, over four days on a full year basis with £15.54 per hour. We are currently working towards a start date of September or October 2026 subject to the needs of the setting. Early application is encouraged.
