This role involves hybrid working. This is a temp to perm opportunity. About Our Client This role is with a company in the retail industry based in Coventry. They are an industry leader in their field and are now seeking an Order and Delivery Operations Executive to join their team, on a temporary ongoing basis with a hybrid working schedule. Job Description Manage vehicle orders through the complete delivery lifecycle Process First Stage and Second Stage payouts accurately and within KPI deadlines Review and validate documentation to facilitate contract activation Liaise with retailers, brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of required documentation Respond to customer, broker and retailer queries via shared mailboxes Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact delivery timelines Investigate system errors and coordinate solutions with relevant departments Maintain accurate operational records, logs and audit documentation Produce daily operational and performance reports Identify trends, potential risks and opportunities for process improvement Support wider team activities during peak workloads and periods of absence The Successful Applicant A successful Order and Delivery Operations Executive should have: Previous experience within operations, administration, coordination or customer service Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to prioritise multiple workloads in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and solution-focused mindset The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines A high level of ownership and accountability for your workload Leasing, automotive, fleet management or vehicle finance experience Understanding of contract activation and payout processes Experience producing operational reports and analysing data Involvement in process improvement initiatives What's on Offer Immediate start opportunity Free parking on-site Hybrid working arrangement Exposure to a well-established and respected organisation Competitive salary equivalent of £28,000 - £30,000 A varied and fast-moving operational role with real responsibility If you're interested in this Order and Delivery Operations Executive, apply now.
