Working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants, you'll manage the bid process from the initial PQQ stage through to final tender submission, producing professional, client-focused documentation and presentations. Key Responsibilities Develop winning bid strategies and plan responses to maximise tender success. Review PQQ and tender documentation, identifying key requirements and planning submission programmes. Research and gather information to support compelling, evidence-based bid responses. Lead assigned tender opportunities, coordinating kick-off meetings, managing deadlines, and overseeing the bid process. Write, edit and review bespoke PQQ, tender and proposal submissions, ensuring they are accurate, engaging and tailored to client requirements.
