The role as a Sales Negotiator : Identify potential buyers and sellers, respond to inquiries by email, face to face and telephone Arranging and carrying out viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers Negotiating offers and securing successful sales Managing listings, marketing campaigns and client communication Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator A hunger for success and a proactive, can do attitude Confidence in negotiation Strong organisational and attention to detail skills A genuine passion for property Strong customer/communication skills UK driving licence Salary: Offered with 3 month guarantee!
