Skilled Operative

Location: Teesside Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time - 6 month contract - 07:30 - 5:30 Pay Type: PAYE or Umbrella Sector: Construction Job Overview We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking killed Operatives to join our team on a construction site in Teesside. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous construction or labouring experience who are looking for ongoing work with a reputable contractor. The successful candidate will support site operations, ensuring work areas are maintained to a high standard of safety and cleanliness while assisting trades and site management as required. Key Responsibilities Assisting skilled tradespeople with day-to-day site activities Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Carrying out general labouring and site maintenance duties Supporting deliveries and stock management Following site health and safety procedures at all times Operating basic hand and power tools where required Assisting with site setup and welfare area maintenance Undertaking any other reasonable duties as directed by site management Requirements Previous experience working on a construction site is preferred Valid CSCS Card (essential) Good understanding of site health and safety regulations Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a team Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties Own transport is advantageous but not essential What We Offer Competitive hourly rates Weekly pay PAYE or Umbrella payment options available Monday to Friday working schedule Ongoing work opportunities Supportive working environment Opportunity to gain experience on a variety of construction projects across Teesside The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
