Electrical Improver Henley Recruitment is looking for 2 3 Electrical Improvers to join our team on an exciting off-site data centre project. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Electrical Improvers who are happy working in a comfortable, off-site workshop environment rather than on a live construction site. The role is expected to last around 6 weeks , offering consistent work alongside a friendly and experienced team. What You'll Be Doing Measuring, making up and terminating flex and data cables. Working on an organised assembly line with a team of 5 6 operatives Using hand tools to complete work safely and accurately Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards Working to high-quality standards while following project specifications What We're Looking For Previous experience working as an Electrical Improver Valid ECS Card (essential) Experience measuring, making up, and terminating flex and data cables Own hand tools Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team What's On Offer Around 6 weeks of work.
